changes: m-e-c as2 build 10 second

Build 10 changes:
- log configuration moved to logging.properties file (everyone can easly add new log handler)
- new log handler smtphandler.sourceforge.net - logs via e-mail
- retrieving Content-Transfer-Encoding for signed message - "Error processing MDN" fixed
