async mdn problem?

shell

Hi:

In the GUI tool, when selecting async mode in the "mdn" page, looks like the receipt-delivery-opton address is wrong (should be the receive address of the sender) ?

AS2-Version:1.1

How to add new certificates into the keystore?

This is not possible without external tools. I would suggest to do that with Portecle

For further information please refer to this forum entry: Certificates

The URL where to send an MDN to in async mode will be take from the inbound AS2 message. That is why this value could not be defined in the partner gui for partners but only for the local station.
What do you exacly mean that this is wrong? Could you please post a small example what exists and what you expect, perhaps I missunderstand this point.

shell
asnyc mdn

I am new to this AS2 world, but here is the situation:

I am sending an AS2 document from local A to partner B.
When configure partner B, selected async mode, the MDN tab do not allow change of value (local station), which is right.

However, when the message do gets send to partner B, it looks like follows:

----------------------------
recipient-address: url of B
...
...
receipt-develivery-option: url of B
(I think this is wrong, should be the local station A's url)
----------------------------

This "receipt-develivery-option" means this AS2 message needs async mdn, and its value should be the address of A, not B.
As a result of this, partner B's AS2 URL get invoked the second time (it tried to delivery the MDN to its own url), and generated some error.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

shell, You are right. The

shell,

You are right. The receipt-delivery-option header should contain the URL where to send back the MDN on async as2 transfer. This seems to be a b9 bug, please go back to b8 for async MDN.

We are already fixing this, please wait for the next build.

Heller
