I get the following with one of my trading partners. I'm guessing bad certificate/wrong certificate and decryption failure. Am i right?

There seems to be a problem to encrypt your partners message, are you using the same certificate to decrypt as your partner? Please compare the fingerprint.

Problem solved

I think my partner had encryption turned off (perhaps). Not sure how it got fixed, but it works now. Sorry to bother and thanks for the help. I think you can add one more server type to the compatibility list now. I will post in the appropriate forum.
