turn off web admin / status & change username password or deactivate guest acc

in our production system we have to turn off the webadmin site for security reasons. and or change all passwords of the guest & admin accounts. is there a way to do this easily?

please change the password for this in the file jetty/etc/realm.properties

It might be necessary to restart the server afterwards.
