files with big size e.g. 35 MB b19 stops working ? / polling?

Chris,
The default value for the VM memory is 16MB. Even if you have more main memory in your computer the VM will not take more.
You could set the max memory the VM takes in the file AS2.lax found in the m-e-c as2 installation memory.
Please have a look at the thread LImits of mec AS2

hi heller,
i am not really shure what the issues mentioned in "limits of mec" (Threading and OutOfMemory problems) have to do with the JMSException i mentioned here. my vm args (not lax since i am running on linux) are 64 bit jvm with xmx and xms of 900m.
i am running b19. is this maybe resolved in b21?
regards chris

Chris,
didnt know that you have set up the max memory already.
But - no there has been nothing done in b21 regarding this point. The underlaying JMS server is JORAM (http://joram.objectweb.org/), perhaps you could find something there about this issue.

hi *,
i just have tried to send a 35 MB file from mec to mec with the appropriate XMX settings this i guess can work. but i am getting an internal "JMSException was thrown during commit" message on sender side. after this the directories are not polled or worked on anymore. is this a known issue what do i do wrong? is there a general configuration for file size limits to prevent this?
regards chris
