b21 does not start from scratch am i missing some pre conditions?

i have downloaded version b19 and b21 so far. b19 works from the scratch but b21 throws class not found exceptions from the beginning. are there some pre conditions that i miss?

Chris, the MINA framework

Chris,

the MINA framework seems not to be in your classpath. Have you used the windows installer? This should include all necessary jars.

i just unzipped as in b19 version (that worked without installer). i ll try the exe setup.

/edit are you shure the jar is included if yes where should it be? i ll add it manually

I am not sure if the zip contains the archive, but I am sure the windows installer includes it.

you were right. the jars are not in the cp. can be solved by just copy paste all jars in the central jlib directory.

Class not found in b21

Hi,

I had the same problem as desribed above, even though i used the windows installer. The install log gave me 2 fatal errors related to makeExecutableAction_zg_ia_sf.jar, so I am using b19 for now, which is working OK, but would like to get to b21.

Which jars (from which directory/ies) need to be pasted where (into which jlib directory)?

hi matt, in the app root

hi matt,

in the app root folder there is jilib directory containig su directories (mina, jms) tak all jars of the sub dir and copy them into the main (jilib) dir.

i have one file not copied because of double occurence jms/activation.jar in my case remaind in original direcotry.
