JMS server error
when I go to
when I go to http://localhost:8080/mec_as2/index.jsp, I also get a server error:
Error connecting to as2 processing unit: Warning on the server site, request could not be executed! Error message returned by the call: Connection refused to host: 206.53.231.39; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

this error has been reported already in the thread http://www.mec-community.com/node/203 but I have still no clue what happens there.
Is this a resource problem, is this port already bound to an other application?
It looks as if the localhost is not found, are there any IP/DNS problems?

I recently installed mec build 19 on linux fedora core 6.
The problem I'm having is that when I run the mec program and
make any changes in the configuration settings file, the program freezes for about two or three minutes before I can do anything else. Also, I get this error and have no clue what to do to fix this:
m-e-c as2 mq listener 0: javax.jms.IllegalStateException: Could not connect to JMS server with [(hostName=206.53.231.39,port=16023)] after 1 attempts during 188 secs: server is not listening
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!
